1. Acceptance

By registering as a member of the Hotel Sebaa Palace Membership Club ("Club"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy and Referral Programme Policy referenced herein.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and above. The hotel reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

3. Benefits & Offers

Member benefits, discounts, tiers, and promotions are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Non-Transferability

Membership accounts, referral codes, points, and rewards are personal and non-transferable. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded, or assigned.

5. Fraud Prevention

The hotel reserves the unconditional right to suspend or terminate accounts, void referral rewards, and reverse benefits where fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, fake registrations, or abuse of the referral programme is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Sebaa Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Club, including delays, system errors, or third-party service failures.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Communications may be delivered via third-party platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, email providers). The hotel is not responsible for outages or data handling practices of such third parties beyond its control.

8. Modifications

We may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Club following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
