Referral Programme Policy

1. How It Works
Each member receives a unique referral code on registration. Sharing your code with friends and family who then register and complete a qualifying stay earns you rewards and progresses your loyalty tier.
2. Qualifying Referrals
A qualifying referral requires: (a) the referred guest registers using your code, (b) completes a paid stay at Hotel Sebaa Palace, and (c) the stay is not subsequently cancelled or refunded.
3. Rewards & Milestones
Rewards are credited after the qualifying stay is verified. Milestones include welcome discounts, room upgrades, complimentary banquet add-ons, and complimentary stays at higher tiers.
4. Non-Transferability
Referral codes and earned rewards are personal, non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
5. Fraud & Misuse
Self-referrals, duplicate registrations, fake identities, or any abuse will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible termination of membership. The hotel's decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
6. Programme Changes
The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn programme at any time. Existing earned rewards will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.
7. Liability
The hotel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the programme, including communication delays or third-party service failures.
8. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
